Generali Investments France

Generali Investments France manages all of the financial assets of fifteen insurance companies and of five assistance companies established in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.

This management company sets up and manages share investment trusts (share U.C.I.T.S) and funds for both European and International funds.

Set up in 1989 in the form of a financial establishment, and then transformed in 1997 into a Portfolio Management Company, Generali Finances became Generali Investments France in 2007.

Generali Investments France has a twofold mission : firstly it manages the financial assets of certain insurance and assistance companies of the Generali Group and handles administrative and accounts matters for their portfolios.

Secondly, as the Generali Group’s skills centre for shares, it sets up, manages, and proposes a wide range of U.C.I.T.S trusts that are multi-management or invested in paper securities. A pioneer of Multi-management since 1995, open architecture is the spearhead of this company whose expertise spreads across an international and multi-theme range that is marketed mainly via the insurance products of the companies in the Generali Group.

At December 31, 2006 the assets managed by Generali Investments France totalled 70.9 billion euros including 7.25 billion euros for UCITS trusts.
